You will find an information pack in your room on arrival, which has key contacts, snacks and other necessities to help you settle in.

While you are here, you will have access to a click and collect shopping service for you to order online from Coles, Kmart and Big W. Details on this service are in your information pack. You will have continued access to this service while staying with us. Please note alcohol is not permitted at Howard Springs.

You will also have a dedicated Telehealth Customer Service Officer who will be available to support your requirements for the next 14 days.
