2018 – Tonga – Tropical Cyclone

A forward need assessment AUSMAT were deployed immediately after the cyclone in February to conduct an assessment of medical needs. Following this, the Australian Government released a recovery assistance package to support Tonga's recovery and reconstruction efforts.
